The Westgate Practice would like to welcome all Minster patients to the Practice!
We are pleased to announce that, with effect from 1st April 2012, we have merged with the Minster Practice. For more information please click on the 'Latest Newsletter' tab on the left hand side of the page.
At Westgate Practice in Lichfield the doctors and nurses take pride in offering the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare. We run many clinics for chronic disease care and offer a wide variety of other medical services such as antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.
Please note, to access our appointment and prescription services, patients will need to be registered for this service. Please call into our surgery at your convenience, bringing one form of identification with you - thank you.
At Westgate we offer a text reminder serivce to all our patients that inform us of their mobile number. This service is used to remind patients of appointments booked and for generic clinic dates. Any risk of the messages being intercepted is addressed by minimising the information sent. If using the on-line services to update your contact details and you do not want to be included into this text reminder service then please contact the Practice.
