Measles News

Following the current advice from Public Health regarding the outbreak of measles in other areas, if you are concerned or your child has not been fully immunised against MMR, please contact the surgery.

At The Westgate Practice in Lichfield the doctors and nurses take pride in offering the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.  We run many clinics for chronic disease care and offer a wide variety of other medical services such as antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.

Please note, to access our online appointment and prescription services, patients will need to register for this service. Please call into our surgery at your convenience, bringing one form of identification with you - thank you.

At Westgate we offer a text reminder serivce to all our patients who inform us of their mobile number. This service is used to remind patients of appointments booked and for general clinic dates. Any risk of the messages being intercepted is addressed by minimising the information sent. If you use the online services to update your contact details and do not want to be included in the text reminder service please contact the practice.
