Practice Closure

The practice will be closed on Wednesday 13th June 2012from 2.00pm at Greenhill and 1.30pm at Shenstone for Protected Learning.           

Patient Survey

We recently carried out a patient experience survey.  The results from this survey can be found on the 'Survey Results' tab on the left hand side of the page.

The practice Action Plan and Report can also be found on the left hand side of the page under the 'Survey Report' tab.
