Patient Participation Group
The Westgate Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a group of around 14 patients, together with a GP representative and Patient Liaison Officer, who meet on a regular basis throughout the year. This is complemented by a virtual group which patients can join via our website. Please complete the Patient Participation Virtual Group Registration form if you would like to join.
The primary aims of the group are:
- To work together to improve communication between GP’s, the wider Practice Team and Patients.
- To discuss any local or national issues that may affect the practice and its patients
- To work together to suggest and support changes that may improve the service offered by the practice
