When booking your appointment (either in person or by telephone), our patient services team will now ask patients some questions to ensure you are directed to the most appropriate clinician or service.
Video Consult
Patients who are signed up to Patient Access, can now book a video consultation online. You will need a video enabled smartphone, tablet or PC with a strong internet connection and the volume turned up on the device. Video consultations should only be used where the issues can be described or shown to the Doctor and you feel comfortable doing so via the video link. Please ensure that the reason for your appointment is appropriate for discussion via a video consultation.

Online Consultations are available through Patient Access – Please use our Online Services Registration form or contact the Practice if you need to register for this service.
