We are kindly requesting that where possible patients order their repeat medication in one of the 3 following ways to avoid having to call or visit the practice:
1. By use of an online Patient Access account.
2. The NHS app.

2. Choose the blue box ‘Prescriptions’
3. Choose ‘Request Medication Online’
4. Answer ‘NO’ to the question ‘Are you registered for online services?’
5. Complete the form and submit.
